The dashboard seems way too much crowded and that is one of the reasons I spent a couple of seconds using gist and then moved away. I got myself a account about 2 months ago.

Now that you recommend it, I will re look the service. They should have a guided tour to help new users.

Stowe Boyd said it best but he missed a big piece of it. He said, “I am made better by the sum of my connections and so are my connections,” but what happens when you have an astronomical number of connections? You have to have relevance. That's Gist.

Compare Facebook and Twitter and say who do I REALLY want to see everyday? It is not about having list and segmenting people, it is about seeing who matters the most to you more than others.

I'm really glad you posted this. I shared it with some of my bschool friends who are still looking for jobs. I've been intrigued by Gist ever since you told me about it. I still need to sign up for my own invite . You're headed for great things.
